The Client

ADRA is the global humanitarian organization of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Through an international network, ADRA delivers relief and development assistance to individuals in more than 130 countries—regardless of their ethnicity, political affiliation, or religious association.

The Challenge

ADRA was looking to scale leads, aquisition, and donations by a full funnel creation. Ads -> landing page -> conversion -> welcome sequence -> advocate. They wanted a full customer journey that was trackable & scalable.

The Solution

We were able to build a lead generation campaign to acquire leads utilizing Facebook, Messenger & Organic traffic for substantially less then they had done before. Also, during the giving seasons, we were able to build profitable campaigns to acquire new donors profitably.

While running these campaigns we also built out extensive analytic dashboards for administrators to track how online traffic, donations, and engagement are doing at a moment’s notice. This allows us to pivot, move and adjust based on CPA, AOV, CPL, and other KPIs.

30,000 leads in less then 6 months, new donors, live web analytics, and highly profitable donation campaigns.
